The Kindersley Source for Sports Falcons were in action on Saturday with their only game of the weekend taking on the Rosetown Redwings.

The Falcons got on the scoreboard first when Pryce Theissen outworked the Redwings defence man and put one in giving the falcons a one to nothing lead. The Redwings would strike back with a goal that came right off the face off in the Falcons end and slipped by the Goalie Kayden Elliot. Pryce Thiessien would get another before the end of the first giving the Falcons a 2 to 1 lead going into the intermission.

The second period saw a goal from each team including a great effort from the Falcons Calvin Feader going end to end and putting a high hard shot past the tender to keep the Falcons lead going into the 3rd.  The Redwings came out strong in the 3rd with 2 goals but the Falcons Seth Klein helped keep the tie with a smart deflection in front of the net fooling the Redwing goalie. Final score 4 to 4.
