Mischief, Motor Collision, and Fraud Make up Rosetown RCMP’s Latest Calls for Service
In addition to the below calls, there were 44 traffic related charges issued and 2 false alarm calls.
On February 12th, RCMP received a report of:
-an erratic driver on Highway 7. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.
-fraud in Elrose, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed with charges.
-harassing communications. There was insufficient evidence to proceed with charges.
-a motor collision with a deer. The deer broke a side window and Rosetown EMS attended to minor injuries.
On February 13th, RCMP received a report of:
-mischief in Herschel, SK. The matter is still under investigation.
On February 15th, RCMP received a report of:
-fraud in Rosetown, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed with charges.
-mischief in Rosetown, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint and nothing further was required.
On February 16th, RCMP received a report of:
-the death of a 64-year-old male from Rosetown, SK. The death was not suspicious in nature.
-mischief in Wiseton, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.
-a wellbeing check. Members attended and no further action was required.
-mischief in Rosetown, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint. Nothing further was required.
-a vehicle hitting the ditch on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. There were no injuries and no charges issued.
On February 17th, RCMP received a report of:
-a suspicious person in Rosetown, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint, nothing was suspicious and no further action was required.
-an abandoned vehicle on Highway 4 north of Rosetown. The matter is still under investigation.
On February 18th, RCMP received a report of:
-theft in Herschel, SK. The matter is still under investigation.
