First Degree Murder Charges Laid Following Seven-Month Long Investigation

Two people have been charged with first-degree murder, following a seven-month-long investigation into a suspicious death in Medstead, SK.

On November 27th, 2020, Glaslyn/Turtleford RCMP responded to a report of a deceased male located near a grid road approximately 30 kilometres southeast of Glaslyn. The male was identified as 54-year-old Bradley John Ham, of the Prince Albert/North Battleford/Saskatoon area.

The death was determined to be suspicious and Saskatchewan RCMP’s Major Crimes Unit South took over the investigation. As a result of that investigation, Jonathan Swiftwolfe and Cassandra Fox were each charged with one count of first-degree murder and warrants were issued for their arrests.
