Public Safety Alert Issued for High-Risk Sex Offender Now Living in Regina

Steven Brian Ewanchuk, 71, who is now living in Regina, is a high-profile sexual offender who has convictions dating back to the 1970s. He also made national headlines in the historic “no means no” case of 1999.
The Regina Police Service is issuing a public advisory on a man who is considered to be a high-risk to reoffend sexually.
Steven Brian Ewanchuk, 71, will live under supervision in the Heritage neighbourhood of Regina. All of his activities will be monitored.
