Suspect Arrested

On November 4th, 2019 Kindersley RCMP conducted a roadside stop of a suspicious female on a bicycle in the Heritage Estates area of Kindersley. The female suspect resisted and fled from police officers on her bicycle but was immediately located by officers and arrested.

A search of her property located the following:
– 133 Grams of Cocaine
– 163 Grams of Methamphetamine
– Drug paraphernalia related to trafficking

Janelle Mccullough, 32 years old, was arrested for:

– 3X Possession for the purpose of trafficking- Schedule 1 Sec 5(2) CDSA
– Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose- Section 88(2) CC
– Resist/Obstruct peace officer- Section 129(a) CC
– X4 Fail to comply with condition of undertaking- Section 145(3)CC
– Unauthorized possession of a firearm/prohibited weapon or restricted weapon Section 91(3)CC

Mccullough will remain in custody and has been remanded to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on November 7th.
