The Penguins and Capitals traded plenty of chances in Game 1, but in the end it was T. J. Oshie with his first career playoff hat trick that sealed the win for Washington
WASHINGTON — There was a little present waiting for T.J. Oshie when he opened the door of his Virginia apartment building to leave for the morning skate on Thursday.
It was a ‘Lets Go Pens’ sign. Oshie wasn’t exactly sure how it ended up there. Maybe his neighbor is a Penguins fan.
