Fire crews in Fort McMurray, Alta. are expecting more trouble from an out-of-control wildfire threatening the community on Tuesday, with hot, dry weather in the forecast.
Alberta Wildfire Information Officer Laura Stewart says the province is expecting an “increase in fire behaviour” on Tuesday, although low winds may limit the spread of the flames.
“We’ve got relatively calm winds that are definitely working in our favour,” Stewart told CTV’s Canada AM on Tuesday.
