Weather and emergency situations around Saskatchewan have been changing rapidly in recent days amid heavy rainfall and flash floods.
Here’s the current state of affairs as of 7:30 a.m. CST:
- Local states of emergency have been declared in Carrot River, Estevan, the town of Arborfield and the rural municipality of Arborfield.
