will be received by the undersigned on the 21st day of SEPTEMBER, 2016, 9:00 AM TO 4:00 PM at TOWN OF KINDERSLEY ADMINISTRATION OFFICE – 106 5TH AVENUE EAST.
AND
during regular business hours on MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8:30 AM TO 4:30 PM, AUGUST 31st TO SEPTEMBER 20th, 2016, at TOWN OF KINDERSLEY ADMINISTRATION OFFICE – 106 5th Avenue East.
