Some areas could see 80 mm of rain before system moves through province
Heavy rain continues over a wide swath of Saskatchewan — and there’s also snow accumulating in certain areas.
Areas along the the Manitoba border north of the Trans-Canada Highway were under a rainfall warning Tuesday morning with a further 25 to 50 millimetres expected today and tonight, Environment Canada says.
