As Service Manager, you will direct and coordinate the dealership’s service activities with focus on customer product support, technician efficiency, departmental profitability, and ensure service operation processes are followed. You will work with other department and store managers to create an effective and productive environment. You will also plan and initiate all service department functions, including attraction, retention, and effective engagement of all department staff.
You are a results-oriented Ag or Heavy Machinery technician with a minimum 5+ years of experience in Service Department Operations. You will have proven experience leading, developing and motivating others, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to achieve results through others. Journeyperson certification is preferred.
