Profile: Kindersley & District Co-op is a retail co-operative located in West Central Saskatchewan, and has 7 retail locations in Kindersley, Eatonia and Hoosier and 5 Cardlock facilities in Kindersley, Eatonia, Hoosier, Marengo and Coleville.Our Co-op employs 135 at these 7 locations that include: Kindersley locations–C-Store/Gas Station, Home Centre, Grocery Store and Pharmacy; Eatonia locations–Farm Supply and Grocery Store; and Hoosier location–General Store.
Position Summary: Kindersley & District Co-op invites applications for the positions of student and part-time Pump Attendants at the Convenience Store/Gas Station located in Kindersley. This position is a customer service oriented position with a combination of indoor/outdoor work to maintain facility standards, pump fuel. Also includes cleaning and maintenance of our Car Wash facilities as well as propane training and filling.
Please note about the Part-Time positions:
**Our operating hours are 6AM – 10PM daily. We are unable to work around other workplace schedules and are not able to hire part-time staff that are looking to have this job in excess to another job.**
Responsibilities: Reporting to the C-Store Manager, this position includes the following responsibilities:
1. Pumping Fuel for Customers
2. Providing excellent customer service.
3. Operating cash register and assisting customers at the till.
4. Filling propane tanks for customers.
5. Stocking shelves and displays and maintaining store front standards.
6. Cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must be customer service-oriented with excellent communication skill, must be able to lift 50lbs, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
