Description
Hill Acme is seeking a full-time Parts Manager to work in their Kindersley Office, located in the Kindersley Industrial Park.
Job duties for the position include:
Create/maintain positive relations with customer, making customer satisfaction a priority and minimizing delays because of parts/equipment problems
Strive to improve efficiency and productivity, strive to reduce costs and develop good purchasing and inventory habits and procedures.
Establish maintain and develop good working relationship with suppliers and vendors
Ability to work in a face paced environment, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
Locating necessary parts and providing pricing to the customers
Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials
Prepare order forms to replenish parts and supplies
Making and testing hydraulic hoses
The successful candidate must possess:
Parts Experience in farming, construction, oil and gas would be an asset
Knowledge of hydraulic fittings and hoses, bearings, seals, and driveline parts would be an asset
Functional level of computer literacy and willing to learn inventory system
