Forum will be held on February 6th at the WCEC
A message from Darla Dorsett:
We have struck a committee – Darla Dorsett, Gary Becker and Candy Gordon, to try and accomplish something meaningful to educate our oilfield workers and entire community in Kindersley.
We have chosen not to have a convoy, although impressive, we feel Highway 7 is already dangerously congested and can be negative to travellers etc.
This is not a riot, it is an endeavour to educate our West Central Saskatchewan oilfield and the entire mass of citizens.
We are wanting to have everyone in attendance, sign a letter to the Senators to Kill Bill C69- we will have many tables set up at entrance to accomplish this goal.
We want to get our message to the Senators in Ottawa.
This is not a rally, it is a Forum to present the facts and hopefully give our people something to think about at election time.
The other reason is to support our “Alberta Neighbours”
We have been watching convoys and rally’s and watching Albertans fighting for their jobs and lives.
We truly are Proud of how the Albertans have come together for the same common goal of protecting our industry and they definitely need our support!
Today, we are reaching out to all our oil companies in to ask if they would ensure all their employees come to this event.
We are hosting a forum where we can present some facts and realities of what is happening in our industry and how we can have an impact by writing and sending letter to the Senators to Kill Bill C69.
This event is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb 6/19 and we need the masses to attend, what we think, will be a meaningful event and hoping to get at least a thousand letters signed to send to Senators.
Bring your friends, family and neighbours. This topic effects every business, farmer, municipality and citizen. Please come early and sign your name to letters that will be sent to Senators to kill Bill C69.
And of course, Vivian Krause will be here to present her factual findings of US money coming into Canada in support of land locking Canadian Oil & Gas. MP David Anderson, Cypress Hills—Grasslands will also be in attendance
I sure would appreciate your thoughts and your blessing to have your company employees attend.
Thank You So Much – Darla Dorsett – 306-460-8954
The forum will be held February 6th at the WCEC, doors will open at noon and speakers will start at 1PM sharp. Featuring Rick Peterson, Vivian Krause and Ken Francis.
