A man convicted of murder has escaped from the Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert, federal corrections officials said Friday.
The Correctional Service of Canada said staff discovered that Roger Joseph Gillet, 64, was missing during the 10 a.m. count in the minimum security unit at the prison.
