Numerous charges expected against man, 26
A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charges are pending following a rampage of vehicle crashes and near-crashes on Regina’s streets yesterday.
Police say there were at least three vehicle collisions, two crashes involving a tree and a fence and three near-collisions — one involving a pedestrian.
