GTH, carbon tax, funding cuts among key issues
The carbon tax issue, the Global Transportation Hub land deal and drinking and driving are expected to be high on the agenda when the fall legislative session begins on Wednesday.
While the government used the day before the session to announce its new climate change plan, the Official Opposition held a news conference outlining its fall focus.
