Your duties will include:
As a Service Advisor, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:
- Greeting every customer that enters our facility
- Consulting and explaining the best solutions to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in terms they will understand
- Providing proper service quotes
- Generating and striving to improve labour sales in a professional manner
- Answering telephones in a courteous and friendly manner
- Ensuring that all products are billed accurately to the customer
- Calling the clients and inform them what the status of their vehicle
- Staying up to date on product changes and new products brought into the store
- Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management
