On May 16, at approximately 3:59 p.m., Kindersley Fire was dispatched to a grass fire South and East of Kindersley inside the RM of Newcombe. Crews used leaf blowers and water to control and extinguish the grass fire. At 4:27 p.m. the scene was under control and crews were working on hot spots. All units lefts scene at 4:58 p.m.
