Years before Pinterest or Houzz, Home FX, a Kindersley-based business, has been inspiring home owners to create a space that suits them.
On May 1st, Home FX celebrates its 18th year of operation, and they will continue to celebrate by running 18 days of specials until May 18.
Shawna Douglas, owner, and visionary of Home FX says the business has been a great opportunity to do something she loves. “I have always enjoyed doing interior decorating for as long as I can remember, and this business has given me the chance to share my passion.”
When the business space opened up on Main Street, an opportunity to take her passion further seemed perfect. Douglas was excited to create a business that aimed to provide designs, products, advice and professional craftsmanship to homeowners in the area.
Since then, Douglas has been joined by teammates Drew and Cynthia, and they continue to provide quality products and give experienced advice to anyone who wants to turn their house into a home.
The business, which is located at 511 Main Street in Kindersley, helps to inspire homeowners to find their own personal style and to incorporate it into their home with quality products and personalized service to go with it.
Home FX offers brands such as KitchenCraft cabinets and free design services, Hunter Douglas window fashions, and Benjamin Moore premium paints. Douglas says she and her team are committed to delivering quality products that work for the homeowner.
Douglas says the work is rewarding. “It never gets old to see the face of a satisfied customer, whether they have simply changed the color of a bedroom or totally gutted their home for a complete renovation.”
Home FX will be running a sale for the first 18 days of May to celebrate and to say thank you to the community and surrounding area for their continued support.
