The following is an update:
Three individuals responsible for a home invasion on May 27th, 2016 in Kindersley have been arrested and are currently scheduled to appear today (2016-06-01) at the Saskatoon Provincial Court House.
On May 27th, 2016 Kindersley RCMP responded to a call of a possible home invasion on the 100 block of 3rd Ave E in Kindersley. RCMP attended the scene where one person was treated by EMS for minor injuries and released on scene. Three suspects involved evaded police but where located in the early afternoon at three separate locations in Kindersley and taken into custody.
30 year old Shawn Finlay was arrested and charged with assault, Uttering threats against a person, being unlawfully in a dwelling, forcible confinement and possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose.
37 year old Kayl Libke was arrested and charged with assault, forcible confinement, assault causing bodily harm, being unlawfully at large, being unlawfully in a dwelling, failure to comply with condition of undertaking.
19 year old Kaylyn Smoke was arrested and charge with 4 counts of failure to comply with condition of undertaking, forcible confinement, begin unlawfully in a dwelling, uttering threats to property, 3 counts of possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, assault, mischief under $5000 and assault causing bodily harm.
The investigation is currently ongoing and there is a possibility for further charges to be laid.

On Friday May 27, 2016 at approximately 10:00 am Kindersley RCMP received a call of a possible home invasion on the 100 block of 3rd Ave E in Kindersley. RCMP attended the scene where one person was treated by EMS for minor injuries and released on scene. Three suspects involved evaded police but were located in the early afternoon at three separate locations within Kindersley and were taken into custody. Several weapons were located resulting from the investigation and seized.
Although there was no immediate danger to the public, the schools in Kindersley were placed on a precautionary hold and secure for approximately one hour.
One 19 year old female and two males ages 30 and 37 were arrested Charges are currently pending for all three suspects. All three suspects will be remanded to Saskatoon to appear in Provincial Court on Monday May 30th at 9:30 am. No names can be released until charges have officially been laid.
The investigation is currently on going and more information will be released as it becomes available.
The Kindersley RCMP Detachment thanks the public for their immediate assistance with locating the three individuals and avoiding the investigation area. Without the assistance of the public we would not have been able to quickly locate these three individuals as quickly and safely as possible.
