Home prices rose in Regina and dipped in Saskatoon last month compared to a year earlier, according to statistics released Thursday by the Canadian Real Estate Association.
The report shows home prices in Regina climbed 3.7 per cent year-over-year to $294,300. Saskatoon saw prices decline 0.9 per cent in the same period to $309,400.
