The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers brought their young 2015/16 SJHL regular season record to 2 & 2, upsetting the Melville Millionaires 4 – 1 before 635 Klipper fans.
It took Kindersley’s Brendon Benson just 2 minutes into the 1st period to score unassisted & get the Klippers off to a solid start. Then Millionaire Keegan Milligan settled the home town crowd down about a minute later (3:03) evening the game @ 1 -1. The next 17 minutes of the 1st saw both teams skating hard end to end, with no more scoring by either to wrap the 1st @ 1 – 1.
