Motel Manager
J & J VALUE PROPERTIES LTD. dba Centennial Motel in Kindersley, SK is looking for an experienced, energetic Motel Manager.
Conditions:
Position: Motel Manager (NOC 0632)
Full-Time, permanent position, 40 hrs/week (Shifted Schedule)
Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
Hourly Wage: $20.10- 22.00/hr
Vacation: 15 days paid vacation/year

Job Duties:
Manage daily operations of the motel.
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Maintain statistical and financial records
Handling customer complaints and queries
Enforce policies and procedures
Develop and implement business plans
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Establish work schedules
