After making it to the nomination lists, several Red Lions team members received awards last week.
“Obviously I am little biased, but I really think that all the nominees were very deserving of the awards;” stated a well-pleased Coach Curtis Graham. “We have plenty of good players on our team, and it’s great to see some of them receive recognition.”
The members of the Red Lions who received the awards are listed as follows:
Calkins, Jonny—2nd All-Star Team Forward
Foreman, Chris—2nd All-Star Team Defensemen
Ismond, Jesse—2nd All-Star Team Forward
Pocock, Jessey—Rookie of the Year
