The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers are proud to announce the hiring of Sarah Jackson as our new Director of Marketing.
Sarah is an Edmonton, Alberta native and will be making Kindersley her new home. A recent graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business, Sarah brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to the position.
Sarah spent last season a member of the NHL’s Edmonton Oilers Sponsorship Department and Cenovus Energy’s Community Investment team. She also brings experience as a Financial Advisor with Scotiabank.
We had a long and extensive search, noted General Manager and Head Coach Geoff Grimwood. “We really feel this position is vital to our team and the Town of Kindersley. We were impressed with Sarah’s professionalism, her passion, and her vision for the Klippers”.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the Klippers organization and am looking forward to making an impact on the team, the town, and the SJHL” said Sarah upon her hiring.
Sarah will be joining the organization immediately and is looking forward to meeting the players, the fans, and becoming part of the Kindersley community.
