White City Mayor says ‘ignorance of the law is not an excuse’
A Regina man’s rant on Facebook about a street parking bylaw in a nearby community is getting little sympathy from that town’s mayor.
Cody Todd Jordison left his truck parked in front of a friend’s house in the Garden of Eden area in White City.
Hours later, he returned to a $40 fine.
