Stair Climb Challenge in Support of Firefighters and Citizens with Cancer
Local fire fighters Adrean Palm and Nathan Ward attended the 5th Annual Fire Fighter Stair Climb Challenge this past weekend.
The Climb is in support of firefighters and citizens living with cancer. It was held in Calgary, Ab. at The BOW, Western Canada’s tallest building and was approximately 1204 steps (55 flights). Starting at 3400 feet above sea level, this climb is the highest elevation firefighter stairclimb in the world!
Together Ward and Palm raised $1200 dollars and with the event grand total of nearly $440,000.
