Calls for service for the week ending September 16th, 2018:

SUI – Still Under Investigation
Criminal Code –
- ASSAULT x 2 – Eatonia – call of assault in progress. Investigation revealed no assault had taken place; Kerrobert – Call of assault that had taken place – SUI
- ASSAULT WITH WEAPON – Kindersley – call of person trying to run over another person with a vehicle – SUI
- BREACH OF PEACE – Kindersley – call of intoxicated inside a residence. Subject was gone upon police arrival and did not go back to the residence.
- CRIMINAL HARASSMENT x 2 – Kindersley – investigation revealed the call to be unfounded; Dodsland – SUI
- DISTURBING THE PEACE – Kindersley – Intoxicated male located inside a business. Owner just wanted male removed. Police attended and took the male back to his residence.
- FAIL TO COMPLY WITH PROBATION ORDER/UNDERTAKING x 2 – Kindersley – report of youth not complying with a condition – SUI; Kerrobert – male charged after failing to be home during 2 curfew checks
- FRAUD x 2 – report of male stealing debit and credit cards from an individual and using them – SUI; Kindersley – scam call trying to obtain information on a person’s Visa. No information was given.
- HARASSING COMMUNICATIONS – Kindersley – report of person receiving threats via text messages – SUI
- REPORTED IMPAIRED DRIVING – Kindersley – report of person leaving a business, intoxicated. Patrols did not locate the person.
- IMPAIRED OPERATION OF MV – Kindersley – report of intoxicated person leaving a business. Male driver was located and was charged with Impaired Operation of Vehicle.
- MISCHIEF x 3 – Kerrobert – 2 separate calls of damage to property in back yards – SUI; Kindersley – window broken out of vehicle while parked – SUI
- OTHER THEFT UNDER $5000 x 5 – Kindersley – report of stolen cell phone – SUI; Kindersley – items taken from a residence by former resident – investigation revealed that matter was civil and not a theft; Kindersley – another report of cell phone stolen – SUI; Kindersley – another church reports sound equipment stolen – SUI; RM of Milton – items reported stolen from farmyard – SUI
- SEXUAL ASSAULT – SUI
- THEFT OF TRUCK – RM of Kindersley – attempted truck theft, but suspects left when homeowners appeared – SUI
- THEFT UNDER – Shoplifting – Kindersley – one male charged

- FAIL TO REMAIN AT ACCIDENT SCENE x 3 – Kindersley – call of vehicle hit while it was parked; Kindersley – call from person following a possible impaired driver that hit a parked vehicle and did not stop – SUI; call of vehicle hit in parking lot of a business – SUI
- CONTROLLED DRUGS ACT – Kindersley – Report of person overdosed – SUI
- LIQUOR ACT – Kindersley – report of person passed out in public washroom. Person was not located.
- MENTAL HEALTH ACT – Kindersley – report of person acting strange. Police attended and person voluntarily went to hospital.
- SPEEDING x 3 – Kindersley – call of vehicles speeding on the streets – SUI; Kindersley – report of vehicle speeding past a residence – SUI; 1 warning ticket issued
- REPORTS OF ERRETIC DRIVERS x 2 – RM of Milton – no charge laid at this time; RM of Kindersley – driver not located
REPORTS OF OTHER MOVING TRAFFIC OFFENCES – Kindersley – 2 reports of vehicles not stopping for stop sign of school bus – 1 ticket issued - OTHER MOVING TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS – Kindersley – SUI
- OTHER NON-MOVING TRAFFIC OFFENCES – Kindersley – 1 ticket issued for window tint
- ROADSIDE SUSPENSION – Drug Related – Kindersley – one female had license suspended
- SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE x 7 – RM of Newcombe – investigation revealed a female was sleeping – nothing criminal in nature; Kindersley – call of 2 hitch hikers – located and nothing criminal in nature; RM of Chesterfield – report of male walking down highway – located and nothing criminal in nature; RM of Heart’s Hill – report of vehicle making frequent stops – not located; RM of Winslow – vehicle entered farmyard and left – investigation revealed person was lost and going to a farm close by; RM of Kindersley – call of female sitting on the side of the road – located and was trying to get a ride to Saskatoon; RM of Chesterfield – vehicle going backwards on the road and stopping. Vehicle was not located.
