Kindersley, Kerrobert and Eston RCMP Weekly calls for service
Calls for service for the week ending July 22nd, 2018:

SUI – Still Under Investigation
Criminal Code –
- ASSAULT x 2 – Dodsland, Eatonia – both SUI.
- 911 ACT – RM of Antelope – one female charged with calling 911 several times for a non-emergency.
- DISTURBING THE PEACE x 3 – Kindersley – Call of 2 intoxicated people arguing – no charges laid at this time; RM of Progress – Call of renters not paying – referred to The Rentalsman, nothing criminal in nature; Kindersley – Call of driver that was cut off by another driver. Member attended and spoke to all parties involved at which point everybody peacefully left the scene.
- EXTORTION – Kindersley – SUI
- FAIL TO COMPLY WITH PROBATION ORDER – Kindersley – one female charged after failing to report to her probation officer
- FRAUD – Kindersley – phone scam – SUI
- REPORTS OF IMAIRED DRIVING x 2 – Kindersley, Kerrobert – Vehicles matching descriptions given were not located.
- MISCHIEF x 4 – Plenty – damage done to a building – SUI; Kindersley – call of broken window. Investigation revealed it was broken by a rock thrown by a lawnmower. Mower operator attended back to the scene where information was exchanged; RM of Snipe Lake – unwanted person making a mess in someone’s shop without permission to be there – one male charged; Kindersley – call of youth on the roof of a building – no charges laid at this time;
- THEFT UNDER $5000 x 4 – RM of Heart’s Hill – fuel theft – no charges laid at this time; Kindersley – wire reported stolen from a business – SUI; Kindersley – call of gas and dash – vehicle came back and paid for fuel when they realized they left without paying; RM of Kindersley – tools and parts reported stolen from a rural property
- THEFT OF BICYCLE – Kindersley – SUI
- THEFT – SHOPLIFTING – Kindersley – one female charged
- THEFT FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE – Kindersley – wallet taken from a vehicle while parked – SUI
- TRESPASS AT NIGHT – RM of Grandview – no charges laid at this time.
Provincial –
- DRIVING WHILE DISQUALIFIED – Kindersley – 1 ticket issued
- FAIL TO REMAIN AT ACCIDENT SCENE x 2 – Marengo, Eston – both calls were vehicles that were hit while parked – SUI
- MENTAL HEALTH ACT APPREHENSIONS – x 4 – Kindersley, RM of Newcombe
- DRIVE VEHICLE WITHOUT VALID PLTES x 4 – Kindersley – 3 tickets issued, 1 SUI.
- INTERSECTION OFFENCES – Kindersley – 1 ticket issued
- SPEEDING x 8 – Kindersley, RM of Oakdale, RM of Kindersley – 4 tickets issued, 3 warnings issued, 1 call SUI.
- OTHER MOVING TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS x 13 – RM of Kindersley, RM of Oakdale, Kindersley, RM of Snipe Lake, RM of Milton – These were all calls made about dangerous drivers or drivers driving in an unsafe manner. As per the complainant’s wishes, the drivers were spoken to and warned on 2 calls, 6 calls resulted in not finding the vehicle described. All other calls are SUI.
- SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE x 7 – Flaxcombe, Kindersley, RM of Kindersley, RM of Newcombe – nothing criminal in nature with any of the calls received.

- ITEMS FOUND – Kindersley – bicycle found in some bushes. Bike turned over to Town of Kindersley office.
