Please visit Kindersley Minor Sports website (kmsports.ca) On the menu under the ‘Forms’ tab, you will find all the registration forms. There will be no registration forms available at registration night.
If you have any questions or concerns, or are unable to bring a registration form, please visit the Kindersley Minor Sports office located in the West Central Events Centre, call at 306-463-6697 or email kmsports@sasktel.net
Please ensure cheques are fully complete and made to Kindersley Minor Sports (not Kindersley Minor Ball) Note: Registration cheques will not be cashed until April 1st.
Registrations received after February 13th will be considered a ‘Late Registration’ and will have a $20 late fee applied.
*Late Registration deadline is April 12, 2019
