Jem Creative is actively seeking a self motivated, high energy and passionate, commission based outside sales rep to sell our premium sign, print and digital marketing products. The successful candidate will liaise with current and potential clients who want increase exposure to their businesses in Kindersley and the surrounding area.
Our method of prospecting utilizes a combination of leads, referrals and direct calls. The successful candidate would report directly to the Creative team and be required to attend morning/afternoon team meetings. Other major responsibilities include client meetings and follow up of potential leads. Hours are flexible and are ultimately decided by you and your clients, as long as you check in between the hours of 9-5 Monday-Friday, the rest is up to you. This position has the potential to earn between $500 to $1,500+ per week. Commission ranges from 10-13% on paid sales. In addition, you have the opportunity to earn $5,000-$10,000/year in sales target bonuses. This is a position that truly offers unlimited earning potential because it is a commission only compensation with no earning caps whatsoever. We believe YOU should dictate what you’re worth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
• Keeps good communication the the Management and Creative teams.
• Makes telephone calls, emails and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, accounting and logistical team to complete orders.
• Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
• Keeps Management informed by attending daily team meetings.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
REQUIREMENTS
• We are looking for people who have a strong empathy for their customers, great pride in the product they are selling, and a tremendous work ethic.
• Previous sales experience is not mandatory, but of course is very helpful during your initial stages of training. Our training programs make it possible for those without previous sales experience to get up to speed quickly and thrive in this position.
• Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Must possess an excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a Smartphone and Tablet/Laptop
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
