“I think it’s really exciting,” player Angela Bongomin said. “The past few years when we have our one girls game. We’ve won more times for Luther than the boys have, so I think it’s exciting we kind of have a tournament to play in too now.”

It will be the second time the tournament is held in the new Semple Gym, but this year they will also make use of the old gym to accommodate an expanded schedule.

The tournament kicks off Thursday at noon and runs until Saturday night.
