Harvest 2016 behind 5-year average
Snow is putting harvest on hold for some Saskatchewan producers, with 80 per cent of the crop in the bin across the province.
Thursday’s crop report indicated harvest is slightly behind the five-year average of 86 per cent combined. Along with the 80 per cent combined, 14 per cent is swathed or ready to straight-cut.
