SaskTel to change its wireless plan rates later this week

SaskTel is getting ready to make changes to its wireless plans.

The Crown corporation said it is making the changes to talk and data plans later this week.

While SaskTel would not confirm the exact changes to come, it said some plans will be going up in price, while others will go down.

Existing customers who are locked into a plan will not be affected by any increases. However, those on a plan set to go down in cost will be affected to reflect the change.

According to SaskTel’s website, the current plans are only available until Nov. 25, 2015.
