Westbound traffic was restricted Sunday while a tow truck tipped a semi back upright east of North Battleford, Sask.
Traffic had to be rerouted while a tow truck tipped a semi back upright on Highway 16 around 10 kilometres east of North Battleford, Sask.
RCMP said the westbound semi trailer somehow tipped on its side Sunday morning.
