September Snowfall Warning for Kindersley and Area

UPDATE – 10:09AM, September 30

Environment Canada has ended snowfall warning.

– 5:00AM, September 30

While it may be the last day of September outside it looks more like the month of December.

Recent snowfall in the area has exchanged the fall landscape for a wintery one.

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the Kindersley R.M. and surrounding area including Brock, Flaxcombe, Coleville and Kerrobert.

The snow is expected to gradually taper off today as the low pressure system moves off to the east. This morning you can expect a further 2 to 5 cm of the white stuff.

The snow has created adverse driving conditions. Be prepared to adjust your driving and monitor road conditions on HighwayHotline.
