There is an expression-it’s a dog’s life!!!! Stating simply that life is gooooooood.
While working here in the kennels I frequently remind the dogs while caring for them they have it better than a lot of people in this world. Think about it-for starters they are warm, not getting cold or wet. Secondly, someone comes regularly and cares for them-making sure they get outside time, proper exercise and good food and water. Thirdly, their rooms and beds are frequently cleaned and changed. Lastly, they have a regular routine so they know what to expect in their day.
Sounds pretty great and a good reminder from all of us at Sonshine Kennels to be thankful for all the good things we have.
We can be a happy puppy too and enjoy each day.
