At approximately 4:40 pm on Sunday March 20th, 2016, Kindersley RCMP received a driving complaint in Eatonia, Saskatchewan where the suspect vehicle was said to be unregistered and the occupant was driving while disqualified. Constable Earle of the Kindersley RCMP Detachment patrolled Eatonia and was able to locate the suspect vehicle.

The driver of the suspect vehicle failed to stop for police and drove around the block before getting out of the vehicle and then continuing to flee from police on foot. The suspect vehicle sustained heavy damage forcing it to come to a stop. The male suspect was arrested without incident West of Eatonia and taken into custody. The Eatonia Fire Department responded and assisted in securing the suspect vehicle for leaking gasoline.
