At the end of May, the inaugural Team Saskatchewan wrapped up its journey at the 2025 National Para Hockey Championship, placing 7th overall.

In its 2nd season, the Sask First Para Program brought together a dedicated group of athletes from Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Atlantic Canada to represent on the national stage.

“We commend the perseverance, heart, and team spirit shown by every player who laced up their sleds and took this historic step forward for para hockey in our province.
