Truck Vs. Tree MVC

In the early hours of September 16th, 2016 Kindersley RCMP received a 911 call of a Green Chevrolet Silverado truck that had collided with a tree in the ditch between 8th Street West and Highway 21 in Kindersley. When RCMP arrived on scene the driver was not immediately located.

After the initial investigation, the 21 year old male driver of the vehicle was located and charged under the Traffic Safety Act Section 253(3)(a) for Failing to Report a Collision. The male driver will appear in Kindersley court on October 4th, 2016. No injuries occurred as a result of the collision.
